Lid\u00e9 s nestabiln\u00ed identitou hledaj\u00ed bezpe\u010d\u00ed v radik\u00e1ln\u00edch ideologi\u00edch, kter\u00e9 nab\u00edzej\u00ed jednoduch\u00e9 stereotypy nep\u0159\u00edtele a zd\u00e1nliv\u00e1 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed. Digit\u00e1ln\u00ed sv\u011bt tento proces umoc\u0148uje: soci\u00e1ln\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b vytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed komnaty ozv\u011bn,<a href=\"\/\/FBEDAD23-0EC5-4EF2-8116-B93E03527A00#_ftn1\">[1]<\/a>&nbsp;kter\u00e9 podporuj\u00ed polarizaci a omezuj\u00ed toleranci v\u016f\u010di nejednozna\u010dn\u00fdm postoj\u016fm. Mlad\u00ed lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed se radikalizuj\u00ed online, ztr\u00e1cej\u00ed schopnost dialogu a empatie. Jak \u010dasto jsem to \u0159\u00edkal j\u00e1 s\u00e1m? Slova \u201enesn\u00e1\u0161\u00edm\u201c nebo \u201enen\u00e1vist\u201c pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me neust\u00e1le, ale v\u011bt\u0161inou si je pleteme s pocity hn\u011bvu. Nen\u00e1vist je v\u0161ak pocit krajn\u00ed nechuti a odm\u00edt\u00e1n\u00ed jin\u00fdch osob, skupin nebo instituc\u00ed. Nen\u00e1vist je intenzivn\u00ed forma destruktivn\u00ed agrese a nejsiln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed negativn\u00ed emoce, kter\u00e1 existuje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Michael Depner, odborn\u00edk na psychiatrii a psychoterapii, ve sv\u00e9 s\u00e9rii knih&nbsp;<em>Seele und Gesundheit<\/em>&nbsp;p\u00ed\u0161e: \u201eNa rozd\u00edl od hn\u011bvu, kter\u00fd je pouze reakc\u00ed na hrozbu a s \u010dasem odezn\u00edv\u00e1, se nen\u00e1vist vrh\u00e1 za hrozbou a je\u0161t\u011b ji podn\u011bcuje.\u201c A pokra\u010duje:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zat\u00edmco rozzloben\u00ed jedinci si uv\u011bdomuj\u00ed svou hodnotu a sna\u017e\u00ed se ji chr\u00e1nit, ti, kte\u0159\u00ed c\u00edt\u00ed nen\u00e1vist, p\u0159ij\u00edmaj\u00ed mo\u017enost vlastn\u00ed \u00fajmy. Nam\u00edsto ochrany vlastn\u00edch hodnot se pak sna\u017e\u00ed sni\u017eovat hodnoty druh\u00fdch \u2013 v nejextr\u00e9mn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b je dokonce ni\u010d\u00ed, \u010d\u00edm\u017e sami p\u0159ij\u00edmaj\u00ed svou vlastn\u00ed zk\u00e1zu. Kde\u017eto ka\u017ed\u00fd zdrav\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk se m\u016f\u017ee za ur\u010dit\u00fdch okolnost\u00ed rozzlobit, ani\u017e by t\u00edm ohrozil sv\u00e9 du\u0161evn\u00ed zdrav\u00ed, nen\u00e1vist je jednozna\u010dn\u011b psychopatologick\u00fd jev, kter\u00fd \u0161kod\u00ed nejen ob\u011bti, ale i sv\u00e9mu nositeli \u2013 ubli\u017euje mu v\u00edce, ne\u017e mu prosp\u00edv\u00e1. (Depner 2020)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nen\u00e1vist je v\u017edy reakc\u00ed a v\u017edy m\u00e1 n\u011bjakou p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinu. S nen\u00e1vist\u00ed se nerod\u00edme. D\u011bti nap\u0159\u00edklad mohou c\u00edtit hn\u011bv, ale ne nen\u00e1vist. Z\u00e1kladn\u00edm p\u0159edpokladem nen\u00e1visti je n\u00edzk\u00e1 \u00farove\u0148 sebe\u00facty. Depner (2020) p\u00ed\u0161e:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud se \u010dlov\u011bk c\u00edt\u00ed ohro\u017een jeho p\u0159irozenou reakc\u00ed je strach nebo agrese, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed tuto hrozbu odvr\u00e1tit. Jedinci, kte\u0159\u00ed si v\u0161ak jsou jisti svou hodnotou, se k p\u0159ehnan\u00e9mu hn\u011bvu neuchyluj\u00ed. Naopak ti, kter\u00fdm chyb\u00ed pocit vlastn\u00ed hodnoty, se ut\u00e1p\u011bj\u00ed v nen\u00e1visti. [\u2026] A\u010dkoliv je jejich motivac\u00ed nakonec ochrana \u2013 a\u0165 u\u017e jde o \u010dest \u010di svobodu t\u011bch, kte\u0159\u00ed se stanou jejich ob\u011b\u0165mi \u2013 takov\u00fd postoj z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 v z\u00e1sad\u011b destruktivn\u00ed. Tento jev \u00fazce souvis\u00ed s psychologick\u00fdm stavem zalo\u017een\u00fdm na nedostate\u010dn\u00e9 \u010di k\u0159ehk\u00e9 sebe\u00fact\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ko\u0159eny n\u00edzk\u00e9ho sebev\u011bdom\u00ed sahaj\u00ed a\u017e do d\u011btstv\u00ed. Jsme produktem sv\u00e9 v\u00fdchovy. Teprve kdy\u017e si uv\u011bdom\u00edme a pochop\u00edme, jakou \u0161kodu m\u016f\u017eeme sv\u00fdm d\u011btem zp\u016fsobit, kdy\u017e jim br\u00e1n\u00edme ve zdrav\u00e9m v\u00fdvoji, dok\u00e1\u017eeme pochopit nen\u00e1vist. Zde m\u00e1m na mysli fyzickou a psychickou \u00fajmu. M\u00e1m na mysli sexu\u00e1ln\u00ed zneu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed ze strany otc\u016f a matek. M\u00e1m na mysli rodiny, v nich\u017e je vztah mezi rodi\u010di zalo\u017een na vz\u00e1jemn\u00e9m pohrd\u00e1n\u00ed a p\u0159etv\u00e1\u0159ce, co\u017e naru\u0161uje z\u00e1klad d\u016fv\u011bry u d\u011bt\u00ed a ve sv\u00e9m d\u016fsledku vede k nevratn\u00e9mu po\u0161kozen\u00ed jejich sebe\u00facty. M\u00e1m na mysli rodiny, v nich\u017e se d\u011bti d\u0159\u00edve \u010di pozd\u011bji ztoto\u017en\u00ed s agresorem, aby se psychicky ochr\u00e1nily p\u0159ed jeho brutalitou a pohrd\u00e1n\u00edm, aby p\u0159e\u017eily. V ur\u010dit\u00e9m okam\u017eiku se samy uch\u00fdl\u00ed k n\u00e1sil\u00ed, kter\u00e9 p\u0159edt\u00edm osobn\u011b za\u017eily.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e1m na mysli rodiny, v nich\u017e jsou d\u00edvky pova\u017eov\u00e1ny za m\u00e9n\u011bcenn\u00e9 pouze kv\u016fli sv\u00e9mu pohlav\u00ed. M\u00e1m na mysli rodiny, v nich\u017e se d\u011btem dost\u00e1v\u00e1 uzn\u00e1n\u00ed pouze tehdy, kdy\u017e jsou poslu\u0161n\u00e9 nebo kdy\u017e pod\u00e1vaj\u00ed dobr\u00e9 v\u00fdkony. M\u00e1m na mysli rodiny, v nich\u017e se d\u011btem opakovan\u011b \u0159\u00edk\u00e1: \u201eTohle um\u00ed\u0161, tohle zvl\u00e1dne\u0161\u201c, ale nikdy se jich nezeptaj\u00ed, jestli \u201eto\u201c cht\u011bj\u00ed i ony. M\u00e1m na mysli tak\u00e9 d\u011bti, kter\u00e9 vyr\u016fstaj\u00ed s bohem, kter\u00fd chce jen poni\u017eovat, trestat a ni\u010dit. Tyto ur\u00e1\u017eky a zran\u011bn\u00ed, k nim\u017e doch\u00e1z\u00ed v d\u011btstv\u00ed, strach z osobn\u00edho zni\u010den\u00ed a potla\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed vlastn\u00edch pot\u0159eb a tu\u017eeb jsou p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou ni\u010div\u00e9 nen\u00e1visti. Tam le\u017e\u00ed ko\u0159eny a tam tak\u00e9 m\u016f\u017eeme vysledovat p\u0159\u00edpadnou l\u00e9\u010debnou terapii vedouc\u00ed k lep\u0161\u00ed spole\u010dnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lid\u00e9 se chovaj\u00ed nen\u00e1vistn\u011b a destruktivn\u011b, proto\u017ee se boj\u00ed sami sebe, sv\u00e9 pr\u00e1zdnoty a bezv\u00fdznamnosti. Cht\u011bj\u00ed se vytla\u010dit na okraj spole\u010dnosti a pon\u00ed\u017eit se, aby se nemuseli v\u011bnovat sami sob\u011b, proto\u017ee nemaj\u00ed stabiln\u00ed identitu a chyb\u00ed jim jak\u00fdkoli pocit sebe\u00facty. N\u00e1sleduj\u00ed ideologie, bohy a v\u016fdce a doufaj\u00ed, \u017ee tak z\u00edskaj\u00ed na v\u00fdznamu. V\u011b\u0159\u00ed l\u017e\u00edm, proto\u017ee nesnesou pravdu. M\u016f\u017eeme se pod\u00edvat na \u017eivotopis kter\u00e9hokoli vraha: v d\u011btstv\u00ed nikdy nem\u011bl mo\u017enost rozvinout pocit vlastn\u00ed d\u016fstojnosti. Sv\u00fdm terorem prom\u00edt\u00e1 do sv\u00e9 ob\u011bti to, co za\u017eil \u2013 nebo nedostal \u2013 v d\u011btstv\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z\u00e1kladem t\u00e9to patologie jsou rodi\u010de. Terorismus toti\u017e vznik\u00e1 ve vztahu mezi rodi\u010di a jejich d\u011btmi. D\u011bti, kter\u00e9 jsou bezpodm\u00edne\u010dn\u011b milov\u00e1ny, si mohou vyp\u011bstovat z\u00e1kladn\u00ed pocit d\u016fv\u011bry a z\u00edskaj\u00ed dostatek prostoru pro seberealizaci \u2013 nebudou poci\u0165ovat nen\u00e1vist ani slep\u011b n\u00e1sledovat jakoukoli formu destruktivn\u00edho n\u00e1sil\u00ed. Jedin\u00fdm \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm, jak omezit nen\u00e1vist, je proto vr\u00e1tit d\u011btem jejich d\u011btstv\u00ed. Podpora a rozvoj pocitu sebe\u00facty by m\u011bly b\u00fdt pro rodi\u010de stejn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 jako poskytov\u00e1n\u00ed ob\u017eivy a zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed bezpe\u010d\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00edzk\u00e1 \u00farove\u0148 sebe\u00facty samoz\u0159ejm\u011b automaticky k nen\u00e1visti nevede. Mezi n\u00e1mi \u017eij\u00ed lid\u00e9 s n\u00edzkou m\u00edrou sebe\u00facty, kte\u0159\u00ed se k nen\u00e1visti nikdy neuch\u00fdl\u00ed. Nen\u00e1vist \u2013 a s n\u00ed i radikalizace a n\u00e1sil\u00ed \u2013 se v\u0161ak m\u016f\u017ee rozvinout pouze tehdy, kdy\u017e se nedostatek sebe\u00facty setk\u00e1 s konkr\u00e9tn\u00edmi p\u0159edsudky a ideologiemi a je tak c\u00edlen\u011b \u0159\u00edzen. Proto varuji p\u0159ed t\u00edm, abychom tyto jedince ozna\u010dovali za psychicky nemocn\u00e9, i kdy\u017e je nen\u00e1vist obecn\u011b pova\u017eov\u00e1na za psychopatologick\u00fd jev. Takov\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup by nejen bagatelizoval d\u016fsledky jejich chov\u00e1n\u00ed, ale tak\u00e9 by br\u00e1nil intenzivn\u00edmu zkoum\u00e1n\u00ed ideologi\u00ed, kter\u00e9 za touto nen\u00e1vist\u00ed stoj\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z\u00e1kladem extremistick\u00e9 ideologie je \u0161katulkov\u00e1n\u00ed lid\u00ed a poni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed jin\u00fdch skupin s c\u00edlem pozvednout sebe nebo svou vlastn\u00ed skupinu. A\u0165 u\u017e hovo\u0159\u00edme o islamistech, \u0160ed\u00fdch vlc\u00edch<a href=\"\/\/FBEDAD23-0EC5-4EF2-8116-B93E03527A00#_ftn2\">[2]<\/a>, nacionalistech, pravicov\u00fdch \u010di levicov\u00fdch radik\u00e1lech, ka\u017ed\u00e1 ideologie v\u017edy nab\u00edz\u00ed jednoduch\u00fd v\u00fdklad sv\u011bta: My \u2013 \u010dlenov\u00e9 m\u00e9 skupiny \u2013 jsme dob\u0159\u00ed, nad\u0159azen\u00ed a zn\u00e1me pravdu. Ostatn\u00ed \u2013 homogenn\u00ed nep\u0159\u00e1telsk\u00e1 skupina \u2013 jsou obvykle zl\u00ed nebo m\u00e9n\u011bcenn\u00ed. Existuje v\u016fbec n\u011bjak\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed? N\u00e1prava? Ano: sebe\u00facta, mor\u00e1lka a soucit \u2013 s druh\u00fdmi, ale p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm sami se sebou. Sta\u010d\u00ed, kdy\u017e se to nau\u010d\u00edme (pokud toho budeme schopni).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nen\u00e1vist se v\u0161ak nevyv\u00edj\u00ed pouze v p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9m soci\u00e1ln\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed nebo v&nbsp;d\u011btstv\u00ed. K v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1chylnosti k extremistick\u00fdm ideologi\u00edm p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 tak\u00e9 spole\u010densk\u00fd a technologick\u00fd v\u00fdvoj. Rozhoduj\u00edc\u00ed roli v tomto ohledu hraje digit\u00e1ln\u00ed sv\u011bt. Zat\u00edmco emocion\u00e1ln\u00ed po\u0161kozen\u00ed a nedostate\u010dn\u00e9 sebev\u011bdom\u00ed jsou z\u00e1kladem nen\u00e1visti, internet nab\u00edz\u00ed prostor, v n\u011bm\u017e se tato nen\u00e1vist m\u016f\u017ee nekontrolovan\u011b stup\u0148ovat. Soci\u00e1ln\u00ed m\u00e9dia z\u00e1sadn\u011b zm\u011bnila zp\u016fsob, jak\u00fdm komunikujeme a p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1me informace \u2013 a to m\u00e1 dalekos\u00e1hl\u00e9 d\u016fsledky, zejm\u00e9na pro d\u011bti a dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ztr\u00e1ta empatie, klesaj\u00edc\u00ed tolerance k&nbsp;n\u00e1zorov\u00e9 pluralit\u011b: jak soci\u00e1ln\u00ed m\u00e9dia a digit\u00e1ln\u00ed izolace radikalizuj\u00ed d\u011bti a dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Generace d\u011bt\u00ed a dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edch, kter\u00e1 dnes vyr\u016fst\u00e1 se soci\u00e1ln\u00edmi m\u00e9dii, \u010del\u00ed dosud nev\u00eddan\u00e9 v\u00fdzv\u011b \u2013 schopnosti vyrovnat se s rozpory a n\u00e1zorovou pluralitou, tedy schopnosti tolerovat odli\u0161n\u00e9 n\u00e1zory a pohledy. Sou\u010dasn\u011b, v d\u016fsledku n\u00e1r\u016fstu digitalizace a izolace, jakou za\u017eila populace b\u011bhem pandemie COVID-19, do\u0161lo k v\u00fdrazn\u00e9mu poklesu empatie. Tyto jevy se vz\u00e1jemn\u011b posiluj\u00ed a vytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed, v n\u011bm\u017e se polarizace a radikalizace rozv\u00edjej\u00ed, co\u017e p\u0159edstavuje v\u00e1\u017enou hrozbu pro demokracii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ztr\u00e1ta empatie kv\u016fli digit\u00e1ln\u00ed komunikaci<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Empatie se rozv\u00edj\u00ed prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm re\u00e1ln\u00fdch osobn\u00edch interakc\u00ed. D\u011bti se u\u010d\u00ed ch\u00e1pat emoce pozorov\u00e1n\u00edm v\u00fdrazu tv\u00e1\u0159e, t\u00f3nu hlasu a \u0159e\u010di t\u011bla lid\u00ed kolem sebe. Co se v\u0161ak stane, kdy\u017e t\u011bchto re\u00e1ln\u00fdch setk\u00e1n\u00ed ub\u00fdv\u00e1? Opat\u0159en\u00ed COVID-19 tento v\u00fdvoj dramaticky urychlilo. Soci\u00e1ln\u00ed kontakty byly na n\u011bkolik m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f omezeny na minimum, \u0161koly se zav\u0159ely, volno\u010dasov\u00e9 aktivity byly prakticky nemo\u017en\u00e9. D\u011bti a dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed tr\u00e1vili v\u00edce \u010dasu p\u0159ed monitory ne\u017e s jin\u00fdmi lidmi \u2013 a pr\u00e1v\u011b zde za\u010dal nebezpe\u010dn\u00fd proces: virtu\u00e1ln\u00ed komunikace prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm soci\u00e1ln\u00edch m\u00e9di\u00ed, chat\u016f a videoher nahradila p\u0159\u00edm\u00fd kontakt, ani\u017e by jej kdy dok\u00e1zala pln\u011b napodobit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Digit\u00e1ln\u00ed komunikace je \u010dasto kr\u00e1tk\u00e1, bez emoc\u00ed a zkratkovit\u00e1. \u201eLOL\u201c nahrazuje opravdov\u00fd sm\u00edch, \u201elike\u201c up\u0159\u00edmn\u00fd z\u00e1jem. Vyjad\u0159ovat emoce prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm textu nebo emotikon\u016f v\u0161ak nen\u00ed tot\u00e9\u017e jako skute\u010dn\u00e1 konverzace. Studie ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee d\u011bti a dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed komunikuj\u00ed p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b digit\u00e1ln\u011b, maj\u00ed pot\u00ed\u017ee s interpretac\u00ed neverb\u00e1ln\u00edch sign\u00e1l\u016f a m\u00e9n\u011b se u nich rozv\u00edj\u00ed empatie k druh\u00fdm. Sou\u010dasn\u011b anonymita internetu vede k rozkladu spole\u010densk\u00e9ho chov\u00e1n\u00ed: proto\u017ee neexistuj\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 bezprost\u0159edn\u00ed d\u016fsledky, staly se ur\u00e1\u017eky, nen\u00e1vistn\u00e9 koment\u00e1\u0159e a slovn\u00ed \u00fatoky ka\u017edodennost\u00ed. Bez p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9ho pohledu do o\u010d\u00ed je toti\u017e snaz\u0161\u00ed druh\u00e9ho dehumanizovat, co\u017e se n\u00e1sledn\u011b prom\u00edt\u00e1 i do re\u00e1ln\u00e9ho sv\u011bta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tolerance n\u00e1zorov\u00e9 plurality:<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>ztracen\u00e1 schopnost sn\u00e1\u0161et konflikty a rozpory<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Soci\u00e1ln\u00ed m\u00e9dia t\u011b\u017e\u00ed z intenzifikace.
